Wanda: “I enjoy making the residents smile and knowing that I can make a difference in their lives.”

Nautica: “I never would’ve thought I’d be in this type of field but I actually like caring for our residents and being part of their day-to-day things that they like to accomplish and get done, it feels good.”

Christine: “I like having the residents smile and helping them out every day.”

Molly, LaShawn, Nicki: “It’s all about the residents (individuals).”

    I have been at center ridge house for 16years as a dsp. I enjoy taking care of our residents. Making them smile.
