Blossom Hill, Inc. and Blossom Hill Foundation
Blossom Hill is comprised of two organizations, Blossom Hill, Inc. and Blossom Hill Foundation, both of which qualify as charitable organizations pursuant to Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended. One Board of Directors governs both organizations.
Blossom Hill, Inc. operates the day-to-day business activities.
Blossom Hill Foundation operates as the supporting organization to Blossom Hill, Inc. and oversees fundraising and events.

George Swartz
President, Blossom Hill, Inc.
George has served on the Board since 2007. He is the Vice President of Sales Channels and Partnerships with Loadsmart, Inc., a leading transportation management services provider. He has enjoyed a three-decade career in distribution, logistics and supply chain management.
Marty Gardner
President, Blossom Hill Foundation
Marty joined the Board in 2017. He is currently the Director of Global Pricing & Supplier Rebates at Applied Industrial Technologies. Prior to his current position, he was President and COO of Kold-Draft Industries from 2008-2012.
Chris Holecek
Vice President, Blossom Hill, Inc. & Blossom Hill Foundation
Chris joined the Board in 2018. He is an attorney and Partner at Wegman, Hessler where he has been employed for over 26 years and is currently in the civil litigation practice group.
Chuck Hirsch
Treasurer, Blossom Hill, Inc. & Blossom Hill Foundation
Chuck has served on the Board since 2014. He is retired as a CPA from Parker Hannifin Corporation after serving as Director of Corporate Tax.
Dennis Kapral
Secretary, Blossom Hill, Inc. & Blossom Hill Foundation
Dennis has served on the Board since 1996. He is retired from the Engineering Service of the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center.
Directors
Tammy Haseley
Tammy has served on the Board since 2012. She is President and CEO of Healthcare Circle Inc. that she founded over 32 years ago. She also is a Certified Lay Leader for the Strongsville United Methodist Church and a founding Board member of Women in Business, an arm of the Strongsville Chamber of Commerce.
Steve Zuponcic
Steve has served on the Board of Directors since 2004 and is the past President of Blossom Hill, Inc. He retired from Rockwell Automation in 2021 where his career spanned 40 years as an electrical engineer and manager in the Industrial Automation market. Steve is a graduate of the University of Dayton.
Ethan McPeake
Ethan joined the Board in 2018. He is the owner and President of New Era Benefits Consulting, Ltd. that he has operated for over ten years.
Sal Indriolo
Sal Indriolo has been a Blossom Hill board member since 2019. He is a semi-retired Human Resources and Organizational Development Executive. He has served in this role across several companies; most recently as Vice President of Global Human Resources at MTD Products. He has also served as the administrator of a large corporate foundation.
Madelyn Kelley, RDN, LD, CNSC
Madelyn joined Blossom Hill’s Board of Directors in 2023. She is a dietitian, specializing in pediatric care. She currently works at Pediatric Home Service. During her time at Nationwide Children’s Hospital (2017-2022), she received the “Service of the Heart Award” in 2021 and “Dietitian of the Year” in 2022.
Emily Dubyoski
Emily joined Blossom Hill’s Board of Directors in 2023. She currently works at Cuyahoga Community College as a Marketing Manager. She has over 16 years of marketing and communications experience working with healthcare and education nonprofits. Emily graduated from the College of Wooster with a Bachelor of Science degree.
Jeffrey Petit
Jeff joined the Blossom Hill board of directors in 2023. He is a CPA and graduate of the The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. He has served in accounting and finance roles with numerous firms, currently as the corporate accounting and reporting manager with Eaton Corporation.
