Blossom Hill has recently expanded our operations with the acquisition of Parma House to deliver more services to people with developmental disabilities. While this is an important step in our growth as an organization we look forward to expanding our reach with supporting services even further within the Northeast Ohio community in the future.
As in any organization, growth requires that sufficient resources be available to manage the operation both in the near term and the long term. In order to provide the leadership necessary for an expanding operation, Blossom Hill is conducting a search for a Chief Executive Officer. The CEO is responsible for providing Executive Oversight and Leadership to all BHI Operations and is directly responsible for managing BHI Finance, BHI Marketing & Outreach activities, BHI Fund Raising, Business Operations, Strategic Planning, and Revenue Generation.
Blossom Hill Foundation board president, Ralph Zuponcic, said “We are excited to bring a business leader into our organization to work with Lynne Urbanski to manage Blossom Hill well into the future. Lynne’s skills and experience together with the CEO will ensure that we continue to deliver on our mission for years to come.”
