This summer, Blossom Hill leadership celebrated the dedicated and hard-working staff members who care for our individuals 24/7. So far, we have celebrated at Parma House and Blossom/Haven Houses in North Royalton. We are looking forward to the celebration in Westlake to enjoy grilled hot dogs, hamburgers, and wings and homemade sides and desserts. This event started last year as a follow-up to our virtual staff recognition ceremony. This year, we were able to recognize staff in-person and we continue to celebrate with in-person picnics at each site. As Lisa Kristosik, CEO of Blossom Hill, said last year, “our staff are our greatest asset.”
