Ball Drop Raffle, here’s the skinny!

 

On the day of the golf outing (June 22, 2026), Five Tickets will be drawn at random.  The people holding those five tickets will be the winners.

 

Winners do not need to be present; they will be notified by phone if they are selected on the day of the event, if a ball drop will occur.

 

If all five winners agree to split the prize money evenly, the contest ends there, and the $5,400 total will be divided equally among them.

 

If any of the five winners do not agree to split the winnings, a ball drop will be held after all golf rounds are finished.

 

For the ball drop, each of the five winning ticket numbers will be written on a golf ball.  The five balls will be dropped onto a putting green by the clubhouse.

 

The first-prize winner will be the “first” ball that goes into the hole.  If no ball goes in, the winner will be the ball closest to the hole.  If there is a tie, the tied winners will split the $5,400 prize money equally.

 

Ball Drop Contest Rules: Summary

  • Tickets are $100 each
  • Winners DO NOT NEED TO BE present to win.
  • Only 150 tickets will be sold
  • Five winning tickets will be drawn at random
  • Total prize money is $5,400
  • If all five winners agree to split, each winner gets an equal share
  • If any winner does not agree to split, a ball drop will decide the winner.
  • The First ball in the hole, or closest to the hole, wins First prize, and the other 4 non-winners will receive $100 each.
  • If a tie occurs at the ball drop, the total prize money of $5,400 will be split equally.
